Entrepreneurship and innovation are fundamental aspects in the bakery pastry industry today, we will of course mobilise our forces for this major event. We will be represented at Paris Porte de Versailles: a central location for all visitors.

All the players in the ‘wheat, flour, leaven, bread’ sector will attend the event alongside professionals from the Bakery – Pastry – Snacking trades. The world of bakery is changing fast and needs to innovate. It must identify new levers of growth, embrace new trades, and more importantly highlight and promote the excellence of its know-how.
