Eminent member of the team of Chefs who teach at the Cordon Bleu centre in Paris since 2013, Olivier Boudot is also a keen contest aficionado. Champion of France (bread category) in the ‘Coupe de France de la Boulangerie 2009’, winner of the ‘Coupe d’Europe 2010’ with team France, first place in the ‘Swiss Bakery Trophy 2012’… A true champion!
