Expert in strategy, marketing and business development for B2B services, Benoît Bardon founded La Meringaie in 2015 with his wife. Their pastry shop is dedicated to meringues and promotes a star recipe, the Pavlova: a meringue that is crunchy on the outside and soft inside, with flavoured whipped cream and fresh seasonal fruits. The duo now manages three pastry shops in Paris.
