After graduating from ECAM Rennes in 1997 Sébastien GROS D’AILLON acquired 20 years’ experience in the industry. Since October 2016 his is Sales Manager for Sofinor and Inotech.

When he co-founded Resto France Experts, Gilles Castel set out on a mission to support French restaurateurs by helping them meet the professionals that will enable them to carry out their projects. The network of excellence places the emphasis on expertise and skills in order to promote culinary art in France and around the world. Gilles is also CEO of restaurant design firm G.SIR and is now a leading reference in both commercial and mass catering.
