‘When customers buy a croissant, they buy the savoir-faire and love of the trade’. This is how Lionel BONNAMY, baker and manager of La Fabrique aux Gourmandises explains the success of his bakery creations and viennoiseries. In May, 2019, he was awarded the prize for the Best Croissant in the Paris region among a total of 239 participants. His bakery sells 100% homemade products and has entered a number of contests: galette, baguette, and apple tart.
