‘When customers buy a croissant, they buy the savoir-faire and love of the trade’. This is how Lionel BONNAMY, baker and manager of La Fabrique aux Gourmandises explains thr success of his bakery creations and viennoiseries. On May 13th, 2019, he was awarded the prize for the Best Croissant in the Paris region among a total of 239 participants.
