Sébastien Touflet manages the company Touflet Boulanger, a family-owned business with 64 years’ experience in fresh bread for mass consumption. In 2017, he was elected president of the ‘Fédération des Entrepreneurs de Boulangerie’ (FEB), succeeding Pascal Cantenot, creator and manager of La Panière.

Philippe Heusele, farmer who works as part of a GAEC coop since 1988 holds several functions as Secretary General of the ‘Association Générale des Producteurs de Blé’ and President of France Export Céréales an organisation that represents the interests of French cereal farmers. He is keen to defend the farming profession and promotes the quality of French agriculture on the international scene.
