Champion of France Dessert 2018, François Josse has travelled around France and worldwide: Chefs from France to Orlando, K2 in Courchevel, Maison Pic in Valence, Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris have formed the pastry chef he is today. François now works at the Taillevent where he hones his mastery of the citrus fruit and vegetal-flavoured baba cakes that he will be presenting at Europain.
