Maison Pic, hotel restaurant Le Chabichou and the Grand Hôtel Cap Ferrat are but some of the establishments where Damien Gendron has honed his skills. After winning the title of Champion of France Dessert in 2016, he joined Potel et Chabot in Paris as the head of research and development.
