  • 8th edition of the contest
  • 4 days of events
  • 2 categories:
    • Hopefuls (training level 5): 22 & 23 January
    • Excellence (training level 4): 24 & 25 January
  • 6 schools per category
  • 3 candidates per team, with 2 instructors (a baker and a pastry chef)
  • 5 hours to prepare a creation: bakery, viennoiserie, and pastry (as well as a caterer test for the excellence category)
  • 1 common theme: Cult movies
