Béranger is a talented young pastry chef who has made a name for himself in this demanding industry. After working for several top gourmet establishments, Chef Béranger Seuris-Fuller decided to create his own consultancy and training firm, whilst staying in touch with the field by working as a private chef. The entrepreneur-chef is based in Annecy where he imagines deliciously creative desserts.
