HIGHLIGHT OF CACAO & CHOCOLATE “ORIGINE CHOCOLATE” RAW MATERIALS: 4 COUNTRIES RETROSPECTIVE 

Cacao & Chocolate space informs visitors on:

  • Quality and Cacao and Chocolate flavours on global market 
  • Fine cacao Criollo & Trinitario age-old variety and Grand Cru 
  • Planters and chocolatiers coming from Brazil, Equator, Madagascar and Venezuela

HIGHLIGHT THE BEAN TO BAR MATERIAL AND THE OTHERS THOSE FOR CHOCOLATE AND CACAO BEAN 

  • “BEAN TO BAR” material demonstration (with exception raw material)
  • Meetings with professionals over roasting, conching, coating and filling techniques from bean, to ganache and to bar 

LEARNING: PLANETGOUT TRAINING CENTER 

Three units « Sensoriel & Goût » will inform professionals about quality and help them on their choice on the raw materials. The units will be: “How to buy better?” “How to sell better?” “How to manage better?” and “Discover the Bean to Bar chocolatier’s process”

CHOCO-EVENT: Monday, February 5th in « Bean to bar’s Chocolatier meeting » 

At 3.00 PM:   « Cacao Oscars » of the 4 countries ‘authorities, which are the ambassadors of agriculture sector searching for keeping the cacao’s quality in each land.
