MONDIAL DES ARTS SUCRES

The Mondial Des Arts Sucrés (International Confectionery Art Competition) is held over 4 days. It involves 32 participants from all over the world with 16 mixed teams. Demonstrating wonders of imagination and audacity the duos of top pastry chefs will compete to challenge their skills and talent in the race for the title of ‘Champion du Monde Des Arts Sucrés’ – World Champion of confectionery arts.
In order to respect the principle of mixed teams promoted by the organisers each duo is composed of a male and female pastry chef. More than a competition, the Mondial Des Arts Sucrés is a resolutely human experience.
