Jérémy DEL VAL, pastry chef and author of the book "Les Babas" is always surprising us!
He first worked for many multi-stars hotels such as The Apogée Courchevel, The Château Saint Martin & Spa, the Monte Carlo BayResort, the Intercontinental Resort Tahiti Beahcomber ... But not only!
After obtaining 3rd place in the Dessert Championship of France in 2012, thanks to his tenacious nature, he became Dessert Champion of France in 2014!
His creativity, his technicality and his career catch the eye of professionals and the same year he started at DALLOYAU where he became Pastry Chef.
His mission is to imagine all the pastry products of Maison DALLOYAU for shops and for receptions.
