International Association for French Bread (AIPF-R.Calvel) have the mission to foster professional exchanges & participate in the radiance of French bread all other the world. It’s a forum which brings together millers, bakers, suppliers & all professionals in the wheat/flour & bread sector as well as breadmaking teachers. Il is also a source of valuable informations with the biannual publication of the booklet « loyal to good bread » containing conference papers of the year, portraits of prominent personnalities of the bakery trade.
