Bakery Entrepreneurs Debate

FEBPF, the French Federation of Bakery and Patisserie Businesses, in partnership with EUROPAIN and EKIP, the French Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers, will be holding two conference-debates at EUROPAIN with the following themes:

“Retail networks: what is their future in the bakery sector?”

with key figures such as Michel Galloyer (Le Grenier à Pain), Vincent Grenier (Fariner) and Martine Raballand, an expert in bakery retail management (SESAM Conseil). Chaired by Philippe Godard (FEBPF).

will be discussed at the conference, and entrepreneurs and bakers who have developed retail networks (Michel Galloyer, Fariner à St Eitenne, Christian Vabret, Eric Kayser, a representative of a brand of bread, etc) will talk about their own experiences.

“Raw materials: controlling price instability”

with a cereal broker (Alain Girard, President of the Federation of Brokers) and a butter supplier (M. Bousseau) as well as Marc Brochard, an expert in supermarket relations (DistriConsult). Chaired by Laurent Estebe (editor-in-chief of Valeurs Boulangères).
