The Masters de la Boulangerie competition marks the final stage in a competition cycle comprising the Louis Lesaffre Cup, the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie and the Masters de la Boulangerie.

A UNIQUE AND EXCEPTIONAL COMPETITION

The Masters de la Boulangerie brings together the best 18 bakers in the World in an innovative competition which 6 candidates per speciality will face in order to win the prestigious title of “World Master Baker”. 

More than an arduous, tricky and tough competition, the Masters de la Boulangerie is a real catalyst for talent and a platform providing global visibility for the bakers. 
Through the challenges issued to the candidates, the competition:

  • Builds on today’s bakery profession to support it towards its future
  • Showcases creativity and innovations to inspire
  • Energizes the profession to drive new trends
