An ongoing success for this event !

For three days, 12 teams of 3 persons each, coming from 12 different countries will be confronting each other. The 3 teams who came first in the 2005 Bakery World Cup will automatically be selected : USA, France, Japan, and the 9 remaining teams will be selected during the various competitions part of the Louis Lesaffre Cup in 2007 : Turkey, Mexico, Taïwan, Argentina, Poland, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Netherlands

A top level competition

The program of the competition includes the preparation of a savoury presentation and an artistic masterpiece, baguettes and specialty breads, as well as sweet viennese pastries.

The Bakery World Cup rewards the nobleness and quality of the work accomplished by the most outstanding team. The following criteria will be taken into account by the jury :

      • Working with time and space
      • Team work
      • Each participant’s competences
